About Shivaji College

Shivaji College, located in the vibrant heart of West Delhi, stands as a beacon of academic excellence and holistic development. Founded in 1961 by the visionary Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh, Union Minister for Agriculture, Shivaji College was established to provide quality higher education to the rural community of Matiala. Over the years, it has grown under the trusteeship of the Government of Delhi, evolving into a premier institution at its sprawling Raja Garden campus. The 10-acre verdant campus, with its lush greenery, herbal gardens, and eco-friendly practices, offers a tranquil yet stimulating environment for academic pursuits.
